Curbside Delivery:

Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway:
  • • Your item will be delivered on a lift gate truck and will be taken off the truck by the delivery driver;
  • • The driver may wheel the item(s) to your door if there are no hurdles on the way;
  • • This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials;
  • • Please note that it's your responsibility to carry the item(s) into the house; thus, ensure that you have someone to help as the packages are heavy;
  • • The deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and will be scheduled as a 6-hour window.
LTL Shipping - UPS, FedEx Shipments:

LTL Shipping service generally provides delivery of your item(s) to your home entrance or building entrance:
  • • This generally applies to smaller items, such as artwork, nightstands, mirrors, office chairs, lamp, mattresses, etc.;
  • •The customer is responsible for bringing the products into the home and assembling if it is necessary;
White Glove Delivery - Assembly:
-Additional Fees will be applied for White Glove Delivery Service. Please Calculate the final cost at the checkout

Assembly service includes: Delivery of Item(s) to your house; carrying the item(s) into the room of your choice; Unpacking the Item(s); Assembling the Furniture.


  • Assembly service does NOT include:

  • - trash removal;
  • - removal and/or disposal of old furniture;
  • - hanging on the walls / hooking up any electrical wires.

• Delivery team cannot hook up component or electrical wires.

• We don't take any packaging or boxes left after delivery is done (all boxes/cartons/etc. that furniture is packed into), our delivery teams only can help you to organize it, and get it to your garbage. Packaging is a part of your purchase and that is not our responsibility to get rid of it.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Approximately 8-14 days (for the Stock items)

In the rare event that an item is out of stock, please allow up to six weeks for delivery. If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will notify you immediately and give you the option of a full refund.

Delivery Terms:
  • • All items must be inspected before signing the freight invoice;
  • • When your shipment arrives please be sure to check all boxes for any signs of damage (such as dents, holes, etc.);
  • • Any damage must be noted on the freight invoice before you sign it;
  • • If the delivery driver does not allow you the time necessary to open all boxes to check for damage, note on the invoice: "Possible damage could not inspect.";
  • • In case if items arrive damaged and NO DAMAGE is noted on the freight invoice it will be assumed that the damage was incurred after delivery, and the damage will be the responsibility of the customer;
  • • If your item arrives damaged, it is very important that you DO NOT refuse delivery;
  • • We will need digital pictures of any damage in order to file a claim with the carrier;
  • • Please contact us as soon as possible if there is any problem with your shipment.
